About

Wildlings Learning Community

We offer a nurturing space where children are supported by skilled practitioners to explore their innate creativity and potential. With nature as the foundation of every experience, our sessions are designed to honour each child’s individual learning style. Our Project-Based Learning (PBL) sessions, led by experienced educators, focus on hands-on, immersive projects that allow children to dive deep into their interests while being guided in ways that help them access their unique strengths.

In addition to PBL, we offer a range of volunteer-run activity sessions, led by parents and carers within the community. These sessions provide more informal, low-cost opportunities for children to engage in group activities, explore new interests, and foster a sense of community. Whether through nature exploration, creative arts, or practical life skills, these activities offer another way for children and families to contribute to the vibrant, supportive environment we cultivate at Wildlings.

How We Work

At Wildlings Learning Community, we believe in creating environments that nurture each child's growth by focusing on hands-on, sensory-rich experiences. In PBL sessions, our facilitators work closely with children, providing them with the tools, support, and space to explore their interests in ways that suit their personal learning style. We recognise that every child thrives differently—some through quiet reflection, others through movement, collaboration, or time spent in nature. Our approach values flexibility, offering the freedom to learn in a way that is meaningful to them, while our skilled facilitators gently guide, inspire, and nurture their natural curiosity.

Our sessions are designed to cultivate resilience, creativity, and a deep connection to the world around us. We see learning as something that extends beyond academic knowledge and into life itself—developing skills for emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and confidence in both independent and group settings. Each child's journey is supported with care, ensuring they feel safe, seen, and empowered to explore the natural world around them, and the ideas that inspire them.
